Volunteer achievement
The volunteers have worked hard week after week and made the school what it is today. Building is an additional resource, we just got in 2019. But without volunteers there would be no school. Volunteers gave a character to the school by being a silent team player. The work is carried out for the children and NOT for their personal interests. They pickup the vision and work for the vision instead of their personal gains. YGIC is built on the principles of social entrepreneurism. The community and the children must know the production in terms of cost.

Our annual time by volunteers - 2000 hours adds $200,000/Every year
What does Annual sponsorship mean: If one would like to sponsor this education one year they will have to shell out 200,000/- just for labor. That is correct, our education is 2,000/- a year/student, It is a small amount. Excellent Return on Investment (ROI). We have children in every IVY league school and every great profession. With the compassion and empathy they learnt, they will go change the world.
Joint Effort: The volunteers are heroes. They put in enormous time with great dedication and understanding of COMMON GOOD.
Every opportunity one gets should thank the volunteers. A true volunteer knows another true volunteer. The name YGIC represent volunteers. Facilities will get added on for years to come, to the cause. The fact remains, YGIC name represents the spirit of volunteerism. When a child achieves something unique, that is due to the sincere effort of volunteers. They are the Engine of this Mega train.

Since 2011 our children have volunteered at hospital, soup kitchens, universities, schools, wetlands, parks and many more places. They have put in more than 10,000 hours. We have had more Congressional award gold medal winners than any other organization in the nation.
